Mental and Emotional Balancing

Unlike classical counselling, Spiritual Counselling integrates the body, mind and spirit, though it is not a spiritual practice or based in any religion.

The “spiritual” aspect refers to a more holistic approach that helps you to better understand and explore the emotions and though patterns that you know are not serving you or allowing you to experiencing life in a harmonious, balanced and aligned way.

As well as the valuable tools of classical counselling our session may also explore more subtle aspects of life such as ancestral patterning, chakra imbalances or energy blockages and more. This holistic approach allows us to have a deeper understanding of all the layers of your experience so that they can be resolved and transcended, allowing you to experience a happier, lighter and more connected experience of life.

This is for you if….

. . . you’re experiencing emotions or thought patterns such as anxiety, anger, depression or any other emotion that is causing you distress. You desire to finally be free from these patterns and you’re ready find new tools to understand and resolve your internal world so that you can navigate life with more joy, ease and freedom.

Although you may not have a spiritual practice you do have an understanding that your thoughts effect your body, energy and your experience of life, and you want to learn how to better integrate, understand and align them in a way that makes a tangible difference in how you experience life.

Come for a session or a season. 60 minute sessions typically take place weekly or fortnightly but can be arranged on an ad-hoc or one-off basis, depending on your needs..

 
 

 

Touch for Health

Energy and Physical Balancing

Touch for Health is a system originally developed by Dr John Thie and is based on concepts from Traditional Chinese 5 Element Medicine and modern-day chiropractic.

During our session together we look for and shift the underlying issues, be it energetic or physical, that has manifested as discomfort or disharmony in your body. Through muscle response monitoring (aka muscle testing) we’re able to use the body’s intelligence to explore what energetic areas of the body needs balancing. This will also be accompanied and informed by a personalised goal that we set for your session to help create clear intentions and shifts for you that are in alignment with your current desires.

This is for you if…

. . . you’re interested to process the energetic and/or physical blockages in your body that are prohibiting you from experiencing life in a fuller and more easeful way. This is probably not your first “personal development” session but you’re ready to look at the less tangible aspects of health and happiness while still experiencing positive and real shifts in your day to day life.

 
 

 
 

Meditation & Breath

Meditation is a universal tool that can be the gateway to exploring the more subtle aspects of the psyche and to deepen our experience and understanding spirituality. This practice can be informed and supported by simple and effect breath practices that can be used by anyone and anywhere.

My one-on-one or group meditation sessions can be tailored for those who are completely new to meditation and want to explore it for the first time, or those who have been meditating for a while - either with one specific meditation technique or multiple techniques, and want to explore a deeper practice and understanding.

My original experience of meditation was through extensive training and practice of mantra meditation. I now focus on the teachings of Non Duality though I still integrate mantra meditation with other methods and techniques.
