Mental and Emotional Balancing
Counselling creates a safe space to share openly, to unravel layers of our experience and explore how to move forward with more clarity, freedom and authenticity.
Once the therapeutic relationship is established we can work to better understand and explore the emotions and thought patterns that are not serving you and work to resolve their root causes.
Through the use of visualisations and other interventions we can explore more subtle aspects of our inner world so that learnings can be integrated at a deeper level allowing a happier, lighter and more connected experience of life.
This is for you if….
. . . you’re experiencing distressing or negative emotions such as overwhelm, anxiety, anger or issues like depression or lack of motivation and clarity. You desire to finally be free from these patterns and you’re ready find new tools to improve self-awareness so that you can navigate life’s ups and downs with more acceptance and trust.
You have an understanding that your thoughts and body are interconnected and you wish to learn how to better process and integrate past traumas making a tangible difference to how you experience life.
Come for a session or a season. 60 minute sessions typically take place weekly or fortnightly but can be arranged on an ad-hoc or one-off basis, depending on your needs..

Energy and Physical Balancing
Touch for Health is a system originally developed by Dr John Thie and is based on concepts from Traditional Chinese 5 Element Medicine and modern-day chiropractic.
During our sessions we look for and seek to balance underlying energetic blocks that may be contributing to pain or discomfort in your body. Through muscle response monitoring (aka muscle testing) we use the body’s intelligence to explore where energetic blocks may be located in the body. This will also be informed by a personalised goal that we set for your session to help create a clear intention that is in alignment with your current desires.

. . . you’re interested in feeling more balanced and alive in your body. This may be your first “personal development” session but you’re ready to look at the less tangible aspects of health and happiness while still experiencing positive and real shifts in your day to day life.
Meditation & Breath
Meditation is a universal tool that can be an effective gateway to exploring the more subtle aspects of the psyche and soul. This practice can be informed and supported by simple and effect breath practices that can be used by anyone.
My one-to-one or group meditation sessions can be tailored to those who are completely new to meditation and want to explore it for the first time, or those who have been meditating for a while - either with one specific meditation technique or multiple, and want to explore a deeper practice and understanding.
My original experience of meditation was through extensive training and practice of mantra meditation. I now focus on the teachings of Non Duality though I still integrate mantra meditation with other methods and techniques.
