Meditation
Why meditate?
Meditation is an accessible and effective tool that can be practiced by anyone to reduce stress and tension, build resilience and awareness as well as cultivating a sense of inner peace and mental clarity.
Through meditation we’re able to directly experience the true and subtle nature of our essential being giving us the freedom to let go of protective or destructive behaviours.
Through my teaching I strive to convey the simplicity and effectiveness of meditation whilst staying detached from potential outcomes.
My personal journey with meditation has involved extensive training, practice and study initially in mindfulness, Zen and mantra meditation from the Vedantic tradition. Latterly I have focussed more on the Direct Path technique and the teachings of Non Duality.

One-to-One Meditation Sessions
Who are they for?
One-to-One meditation sessions are for those who want to explore a more personalised and self-sustaining approach to meditation.
Whether you are completely new to meditation and want to explore the practice for the first time..
Or whether you’re an experienced meditator, looking to build more solid foundations to your practice or to dive deeper into the more subtle aspects of your learnings and observations..
A one-on-one session will provide a personalised space to share your experience and explore new understandings.
Group Meditation Courses
I run Group Courses for beginners and advanced students. Each course is run over 3 x 2 hour sessions (6 hours total) with each session incorporating guided meditation, discussion and Q&A.
Beginner’s courses are for those with an interest in meditation but may not be sure which path to follow. You may already have had experience of meditation but may find yourself struggling with resistance or nagging doubts.
We’ll explore the connection between mind and body through guided breath-work and mediation. We’ll look at how to integrate meditation into your daily life to build resilience and cultivate deeper self-awareness. This is your time to pause, reset and find peace.
Advanced courses are for those who have an existing meditation practice and are looking further context or guidance.
Your practice may be bringing up questions or issues you’d like to share and discuss in-group. We’ll dive into the principal types of meditation that can generally be classified into 2 categories or pathways:
1. Progressive path (aka “seeded” forms of meditation)
2. Direct path (aka “seedless” meditation)
You will gain meditation as a lifelong tool for self-development and to sustain lasting mental and physical well-being.
