Self Love

Self-love comes in many shapes and sizes. Our capacity to love and accept ourselves through life’s ups and downs is crucial to healing. As such it can be seen as one for the primary goals of all therapies and conscious practices. What it is and how to practice it is a unique dance, balancing what we’re experiencing and the needs of that moment.

This list is intended to be a starter for self-enquiry, is not exhaustive and can be played with creatively.
